OasisEmpowers Workforce Development Program

OasisEmpowers is the workforce development initiative of Oasis Empowerment Zone, Inc. (NFP), designed to equip single mothers with the skills, resources, and support needed to achieve economic stability and long-term self-sufficiency. Through comprehensive career readiness training, supportive services, job placement assistance, and professional development opportunities, participants are empowered to pursue meaningful employment and sustainable career pathways.

The Oasis Empowerment Zone, Inc. (NFP) is committed to improving the quality of life for low-income single mothers by creating access to education, workforce training, parenting education, paid internships, mentorship, and wraparound support services. Our goal is to remove barriers to success while helping mothers build confidence, financial independence, and pathways toward generational wealth.



Through strategic partnerships with community leaders, employers, educational institutions, and service organizations, we work collaboratively to expand access to career opportunities, strengthen families, and promote economic and social advancement.
